⚖️ Key differences
Nvidia's edge is as much software and ecosystem as hardware. AMD is more diversified across PCs, servers, gaming consoles and embedded chips. Neither makes most of its own chips — both rely heavily on TSMC.
⚠️ Risks
AI spending could slow, customers are designing their own chips, and export controls limit sales to China. Valuations can bake in a lot of expected growth.
